I work with teenagers and adults, in a holistic way. Depending on the person and the issue we will work in different ways utilizing a humanistic approach and different theories including CBT: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy.
