A barbecue restaurant is ready to heat up the Lehigh Valley when it opens a new location next week.
The Barbecue Boys will open Tuesday at 306 S. New St. in South Bethlehem, co-owner Dean Zannakis said. The menu will offer smoked meats, sandwiches, burgers, and macaroni and cheese.
“For the past years, we’ve contemplated bringing barbecue bowls packed with fresh ingredients, comfort foods, and delicious proteins to the Lehigh Valley,” the restaurant said online. “Now, we’re making it happen.”
The restaurant will replace the former Zekraft – Curators of Taste cafe that closed last year.
Its operating hours will be 11:30 a.m. to midnight Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday and 11:30-3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Zannakis and his brother Andrew opened the restaurant concept in 2020 in Phillipsburg.
