A man was injured early Thursday in a shooting in Easton, according to authorities.
The man, 35, was shot about 12:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Ferry Street. Investigators believe he was shot after an altercation with a group of people, city police said in a news release.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The department said he is expected to survive.
Detectives are asking anyone with information or nearby surveillance footage to contact them at 610-250-6634.
