A teenager wanted in a shooting that injured six people last month in Easton turned himself in Wednesday, according to authorities.

Yandiel Onil Gonzalez, 16, of Easton, surrendered on charges alleging he and another man were involved in a shooting at a party the night of July 12, city police said.

Gonzalez, who is charged as an adult, is charged with six counts each of attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, as well as one count each of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and possessing a firearm as a minor. He was sent to Northampton County Jail without bail.

Easton police said Gonzalez and Dante J. Holmes-Eutsey, 20, also of Easton, were involved in a shooting outside a home in the 100 block of East Wilkes Barre Street, where a party was being held. The two arrived at the party, and Gonzalez fired a rifle into a group outside, according to court documents. The two then fled, police said.

Holmes-Eutsey remains in Lehigh County Jail on unrelated charges.
