Officials have identified the Bethlehem man who died Saturday after a motorcycle crash on Route 22.

Javian M. Crespo-Rockmore, 29, died after a crash about 12:45 p.m. on Route 22 westbound in Easton, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek.

Crespo-Rockmore, the sole rider of the motorcycle, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson Campus, where he died from his injuries. Lysek said his cause of death was blunt-force injuries, with the manner accidental.

The crash closed Route 22 between Easton-Phillipsburg Toll Bridge and 13th Street for several hours.

A GoFundMe was started to help support Crespo-Rockmore’s wife and daughters. The campaign organizer described Crespo-Rockmore, a father of four, as a devoted husband and cherished friend to many.

“He was a man of strength, integrity, and unwavering dedication — especially when it came to his family,” the post reads in part. “His daughters were the light of his life, and everything he did was with their future in mind.”

As of Monday afternoon, $1,375 of the $3,000 goal had been raised. Anyone who wishes to donate may do so at https://gofund.me/69718c4f.
