Competing as an independent, Walp has qualified for the District 11 Class 2A meet in her first three seasons, placing third in the 100 backstroke as a junior last season.

Hannah Gober, Northwestern Lehigh field hockey

Signed a letter of intent to attend Ohio State and play field hockey for the Buckeyes. She was part of Northwestern Lehigh’s 2024 state title team and this year’s squad, which reached the state semifinals.

The Green Knights quarterback threw for 247 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 73 yards in a District 11 Class 2A quarterfinal against Minersville.

Kasia Burda, Parkland volleyball

Had 15 kills in a semifinal win over Freedom and 17 against Emmaus in the finals as Parkland won in five sets for their 14th district title in the last 16 seasons.

Bella Danise, Nazareth soccer

Scored 2 goals against Emmaus in a 3-1 semifinal win and scored the game-winning goal against Parkland as the Eagles won their first district title in 15 years.

Finished fourth in the District 11 Class 3A championships as the Green Hornets won their first team title in 25 years. Fach ran 16:43.9 for the 5,000-meter course.

Won her third straight EPC championship, taking this year’s race in 18:11.3 at DeSales. She finished second as a freshman. She is the two-time defending 3A District 11 champion.
