Chick-fil-A to close announces closing date at the Lehigh Valley Mall after nearly 30 years

Chick-fil-A restaurant will close its Lehigh Valley Mall location as 2025 comes to an end.

The restaurant, which has been at the Whitehall Township mall for nearly 30 years, will cease operations at 2 p.m. on Dec. 31, according to restaurant signage, which also thanked community members for its patronage over the years.

The Chick-fil-A was originally scheduled to close in early 2026. The next closest locations are in Whitehall, Lower Macungie, Richland and Lower Nazareth townships.
