A development company that sold a plot of land in Upper Macungie Township in July, was, at the same time, buying another a short distance away.
D.R. Horton Inc. acquired 23.3 acres of land for $3.5 million from Levi Land Holdings LLC and Nikolas Naidu in July, according to Lehigh County property records. The address listed is 8205 Brodie Court, which is part of the new Trexler Pointe development near the intersection of Weilers Road and Route 100.
Trexler Pointe is a little over a half-mile from the Twin Ponds development that New Jersey-based D.R. Horton sold to Fox Run Partners in July for $3.9 million.
D.R. Horton is building 128 townhouse units that are 1,969 square feet and feature three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a garage. The builder’s website says the homes are for sale, beginning at $444,120.
Upper Macungie supervisors approved the project in April.
