It feels like Halloween Haunt just happened, but Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom has already begun planning for the new year with a 2026 opening day announcement.

Dorney Park will reopen May 8, a news release announced. Wildwater Kingdom will reopen May 23.

Dorney Park, at 4000 Dorney Park Road in South Whitehall Township, features features rides such as the 2,000-foot-long Iron Menace roller coaster, the century-old wooden Thunderhawk roller coaster, Demon Drop and family-friendly rides such as the Snoopy-themed Woodstock Express, the Cedar Creek Cannonball and the Ferris Wheel.

Wildwater Kingdom water park features the Aqua Racer slide, the 65-foot-tall Python Plummet, the Lollipop Lagoon kids’ area and the Wildwater Cove wave pool.

As featured in the Lehigh Valley gift guide, the park offers 2026 passes such as for unlimited visits, free general parking and discounts for food, merchandise and bringing other guests.
