Stanley E. Wetzel OBITUARY

Stanley(Stan)E.Wetzel, 74, of Macungie, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 30, 2025. He was the loving husband of Nancy L. (Trexler) Wetzel, with whom he shared 53 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, Stan was the son of the late Arthur and Blanche (Miller) Wetzel.

Stan took pride in his work and was the owner and operator of his own contracting business for many years. After retirement, Stan enjoyed golfing, playing pool and enjoying time and activities with his fellow neighbors in the community. Stan loved being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Stan is survived by his loving wife Nancy, daughters Nicole, wife of Paul Yergey, Jr. of Fleetwood, Trisha, wife of Matt McGrann of Collegeville; sister Virginia Yeager of Allentown, brother Michael Wetzel, companion of Tracy Taggart of Bethlehem; grandchildren Kyra, Hunter, Josslyn and Landon. Stan was predeceased by his brother Alan Wetzel.

Services for Stan will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Rd., Breinigsville, PA 18031. A calling hour will begin at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
