Russell H. “Russ” Roper, 89, of Wind Gap, PA, passed away on December 25th, 2025, at Slate Belt Health and Rehab Center in Bangor.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, January 11th, at Hope United Church of Christ, 701 Cherry Street, Wind Gap, PA. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects to the family from 12 to 1 PM on Sunday, January 11th. The burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Wind Gap Cemetery.
